Turkish football pundit Nevzat Dindar has revealed details of his conversation with Galatasaray president Dursun Özbek regarding the future of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen amid growing transfer speculation ahead of the 2026/2027 season.
Osimhen enjoyed a remarkable campaign following his permanent move to the Turkish champions, playing a pivotal role in helping Galatasaray retain the Super Lig title during the 2025/2026 season.
The Super Eagles star produced impressive numbers, scoring 22 goals and registering eight assists in 32 appearances across all competitions, performances that have attracted interest from several European heavyweights.
The 27-year-old has been linked with a summer departure from Rams Park, with clubs including FC Barcelona, Real Madrid CF, Manchester United FC, Chelsea FC and Atlético de Madrid reportedly monitoring his situation.
However, Dindar insists Galatasaray are not considering selling their prized asset and revealed that club president Özbek is determined to keep the Nigerian at the club.
"I spoke with the president in Kemerburgaz. He absolutely does not intend to sell Osimhen," he told Milliyet.
"There are offers worth 120 million Euros through intermediaries , but they are not concrete."
"The priority is for Osimhen to stay with the team. But if Osimhen wants to leave, Galatasaray will not accept an offer below 150 million. Osimhen also has no intention of leaving."
The comments will come as a major boost to Galatasaray supporters, with the club keen to build on their domestic success and challenge on the European stage next season.
