No Al Ahli talks, No Fifa complaint: Trabzonspor insider reveals the truth about Onuachu's exit rumours

Trabzonspor insider Hasan Tüncel has provided a key update on Paul Onuachu’s future amid ongoing transfer speculation surrounding the Nigerian striker, according to a report by 61saat.

According to the insider, recent reports linking the Super Eagles forward with a move away from Trabzonspor, including claims of talks with Saudi Arabian side Al Ahli and alleged complaints to Fifa, are completely false and have no basis in fact.

Tüncel stressed that the situation has been heavily influenced by social media rumours that quickly spread into wider media coverage without proper verification.

He insisted that there are no negotiations currently taking place between Trabzonspor and any club regarding Onuachu.

“There is interest from many teams in the club… We had stated that Trabzonspor had no intention of selling the player,” Tüncel said, adding that the striker’s future has already been internally resolved with no intention of an exit.

The insider further clarified that any previous interest in the forward has already been rejected by the club, and no fresh offers are on the table.

He also dismissed suggestions of formal disputes or complaints related to transfer approaches, describing them as inaccurate.

Onuachu, who enjoyed a strong season and finished as one of Trabzonspor’s key attacking figures, is expected to remain part of the squad going forward.

The club’s position remains firm that he is not available for transfer and is not engaged in talks with any side.

Trabzonspor continue to maintain stability around their squad planning, while Paul Onuachu remains an important figure heading into the new season despite the external speculation.
