Talented attacker Sude Ngozi Oztas has taken to social media to announce her departure from Women's Super League giants Chelsea after three years of service.
The Islington native qualifies to represent her country of birth England, plus Nigeria and Turkey through her heritage.
However, the Turkish Football Federation are currently in pole position to secure her international future as she is provisionally cap-tied to Turkey after featuring in competitive fixtures for their U19 side.
Ngozi found the net against Uzbekistan U19 and Montenegro U19 in March and April respectively, further highlighting her attacking promise at youth level.
She joined Chelsea from London rivals Arsenal at U16 level in 2023 but departs the Blues without making a senior appearance for the first team.
Writing on Instagram, Ngozi stated: "It’s been a great season to round off my 3 years at this club! Thank you to everyone for making me the player I am today.
"I’ve made life long memories and friends and i’m endlessly grateful.
"Undoubtedly, there have been lows but there has also been some highs and it’s all part of the process. Excited for what’s to come next!"
Ngozi's exit marks the second departure of a Super Falcons-eligible player from Chelsea in 2026, coming after English-Polish-Nigerian midfielder Ashanti Akpan completed a permanent switch to Newcastle United in January.
